Campaign Story

I decided to take a newspaper class on the sole basis of “this sounds fun.” Eventually, I came to realize it is the only class I look forward to in my school day. This class is the only outlet I have to show my skills and capabilities to their full extent and to improve those skills, I would like to attend this year’s MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop.

I will not only use the design skills I learn here to better myself and The Vanguard’s newspaper, but I will also spread what I’ve learned to new and returning students to the classroom.

However, for any of this to become true, I need to meet my funding goal to attend the workshop. So, I’m asking you to help me on my path to continue. Thank you.
