Hi there! I’m a high school sophomore with a big passion for storytelling. Whether I’m chasing down a story for the school paper, snapping action shots on the sidelines or diving into the past through my love of history, I’ve always believed in looking beyond what’s right in front of us to find deeper meaning. Journalism gives me that outlet, and, recently, sports photography has become another creative lens through which I view the world.

This summer, I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to attend the MIPA Summer Journalism Workshop at Michigan State University. For five days, I’ll be learning from some of the best journalism instructors in the country alongside other students who love writing, photography, design and media as much as I do. I’ll get to live on campus, grow my skills and explore what it truly means to find my voice in the world of media.
To make this happen, I need a little help. Your support will help cover the cost of tuition, housing and materials for this incredible experience. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me closer to this goal — and I couldn’t be more grateful for your belief in me and my dreams.
